The 70-year-old Estes Tram is an iconic experience sitting at the gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park in the United States. Founded by ropeway pioneer Robert Heron, GVC acquired from the Heron family in 2024. Guests rise to the top of prospect mountain at 8,700 feet and enjoy unrivaled views, great food and happy, friendly chipmunks. Under revamped operations, revenue doubled with new amenities being added every season.

Purchased in October 2026, this iconic Western-themed adventure park provides guests a scenic Gondola Ride to the top of Iron Mountain, where they experience incredible views, amusement rides, National landmark cave tours, great food and drinks, and much more.

Opened in May of 2026, The Mighty Argo Cable Car is a scenic point of interest experience located alongside the historic Argo Mill. The cable car celebrates the amazing mining history of Colorado while soaring guests to amazing views of the Rocky Mountains. At the top, guests enjoy great local food, a one of a kind amphitheater and access to the new Virginia Canyon Mountain Bike Park (with first in the U.S. cable car cabins dedicated to mountain bikers).

The Skyway will offer a unique 360° vantage point of the Whitsunday Islands, mainland Whitsundays, and the Coral Sea, known as “The Gateway to the Great Barrier Reef.”
